Bezates Construction teamed up as a subcontractor with Newberg Steel to provide technical crane work for erecting seismic steel inside of Silverton Middle school’s gymnasium. Using both a Spydercrane 547 and 295, structural steel was installed and anchored to the existing building approximately 35’ in the air.

Performed miscellaneous pipeline infrastructure welding for the City of Portland water bureau at Powell Butte Reservoir. Pipe diameters ranged from ½-inch to 92-inches. New installation, retrofits to existing 1900’s lockbar pipe, seismic vault upgrades, and new drains/taps installed.

Installed various pipe taps and ports on early 1900’s lockbar pipe for Portland’s water supply. Made confined space entry to weld multiple supports inside of the pipe to hold all diffusers in place.
